But really, I grew up in rural southwest Wisconsin in a very small town called Potosi that sits right by the Mississippi River. As much as I love the quiet countryside and cute farm animals, I've always had a burning desire to see and experience more. I have a huge passion for learning about different cultures and exploring this beautiful planet we live on! I believe most of the inspiration for my work comes from learning the stories of others. I find the diversity of our society to be absolutely fascinating and it inspires me to try new things.
Why do I love being a graphic designer so gosh darn much?
ART has been my imaginary best friend since I was a young kid. A friend who has advocated for who I've been, who I am, and who I will become. It's my aspiration to share and connect with others through art. It's a huge piece of my soul and way of life.
DESIGN is what keeps me up at night. It motivates me. It rules every minute of my life by pushing and challenging my way of thinking and solving problems. It's the fuel to my fire. My passion. I don't know how I'd live without it.
